Settle Anglers Association

There isn’t much music that deals directly with angling; Handel’s Water Music hardly mentions it and Shubert’s Trout Quintet only has a couple of brownies in it.

There two excellent CDs of fishing songs and music – mostly from the USA– called Fishing Blues  Vols I and II by Ben Winship & David Thompson. They are full of great music and singing by people such as Tim O’ Brian and Karine Polwart. Well worth checking out.
